What are Connect Groups?

God created us for community. At Risen Savior, we strive to be more than just a friendly church—we want to be a church of friends. Connect Groups are the core of our mission to connect, grow, and impact a messy world. By joining a group, we live out the biblical commands to love, encourage, and spur one another on toward good deeds (Romans 12:10, Hebrews 10:24).

Types of Groups

There are three types of groups: 

• Social Groups gather for recreational fellowship.

• Study Groups gather for Bible study and discussion.

• Service Groups gather for church or community service.

We believe there is a place for everyone in a Connect Group.

Registration for our Fall Connect Groups begins August 30th. At that time, you will be able to view all available groups on the Church Center App, and “Request to join” those groups in which you are interested.
